Performance Nutrition Plan
Start with two initial consultations including any or all of the following nutrition
services-
- Determine your individual calorie and nutrient needs based on your age,
gender, height, weight, body composition, activity level/sport and personal
goals.
- Develop attainable short and long term goals!
- Analyze your current diet to determine how many calories/nutrients you
are eating. This gives you have a starting point at which you can begin to
make healthy changes.
- Receive a personal Nutrition Game Plan outlining the steps you will take
to achieve your goals.
- Receive a personal Meal Plan based on your nutritional needs, food
preferences, work/school schedule, exercise routine and budget. Includes
a grocery list, recipes or eating out guidelines.
- Track your progress with regular body composition, body weight or
circumference measurements.
Maintenance Plan
Once you establish a nutrition routine, stay on track and accountable with
regular nutrition consultations. Meet with the Nutritionist as often as you need to
measure your results and re-evaluate your plan.
Family Nutrition Plan (for parents with children 11 and under)
An affordable way for the entire family to learn healthy nutrition habits. Discuss
your current eating regimen and formulate family nutrition goals. Receive a
personalized family "Nutrition Game Plan" as well as additional resources to help
put your plan into action.
Group Nutrition Classes (minimum of three participants)
Grab some friends or teammates for a one-hour nutrition class pertaining to the
topic of your choice. Choose from a variety of nutrition topics such as general
nutrition education, fueling for your sport, gaining lean (muscle) mass, losing
body fat, hydration, meal/snack ideas, dietary supplements, and much more!
Team Talks (minimum of 8 participants)
A team that knows how to properly fuel and hydrate for their sport will have
an edge over the competition. Ask our Performance Nutritionist about a guest
appearance at your practice field/facility or bring the whole team into Game Time
Performance for an interactive team presentation.
Corporate Nutrition Presentations/Workshops
Create a healthy work environment and increase productivity with the help of
our Nutritionist. Schedule an interactive nutrition education session or workshop
pertaining to the specific needs of your organization.
Body Composition Test
The number on the scale does not always tell the whole story! We use a 7-point
skin fold method to measure your body fat percentage (pounds of fat vs. lean
mass). Determine your ideal body composition and track your fat loss/muscle
gain.
"Take Home Chef" Cooking Classes
Our Nutritionist will come to your house and help you prepare a healthy
and delicious meal of your choice. You set up the menu and budget for the
meal. Includes recipes, a shopping list and a great meal for the whole family!
Grocery Store Tour
Meet the Nutritionist at your local grocery store for a lesson on healthy grocery
shopping!
Team Travel Meal Coordination
Let the Performance Nutritionist coordinate and plan your meals on the road
to ensure you are fueling properly for competition. Whether you want dine in or
delivery, buffet style or individual meals, we can take care of it all! Call or email
